About me

I'm currently in the final year of my Cancer Research UK funded PhD at the London Research Institute. My research is focussed in structural biology: the study of what molecules within our bodies look like. In particular, I investigate the structure of proteins that can cause cancer.

When I'm not actually doing science, I'm probably talking about it. New discoveries are happening every day, and I think it's such an incredibly exciting world to be a part of. But you don't need to be a scientist to be a part of it - everyone should have that opportunity.

Communicating our research across to the world is something scientists are doing more and more, and that can only be a good thing. As I finish my PhD and move on into the unknown, I hope to be a big part of that.
